Today's session helped the students learn about an often less highlighted part of effective communication, active listening. It provided them with an opportunity to realise and work on their focus and attention span as well.

Impact of the session was , after the session everyone planned to have their goals and also started working on them

we learnt a lot about how to incorporate healthy diet and exercise in our daily routine. We also to learnt to keep our mind healthy by meditating and taking less amount of stress.

Compared to the first session, they are now able to think of more words, so I could say their vocabulary has been increased by a considerable amount.

My main motive for choosing this topic is to make them speak , the more they speak the more they learn . This will help them to be more confident .
