Report:
Today I took up a business studies session at daks centre. In this class, we had continued with our discussion of the chapter; Sources of business finance. In the earlier session we had completed three sources of finance along with their merits and limitations. In all our discussions, one source was emerging again and again that was of raise of funds through shares. Therefore we decided to cover that source first and then move ahead with the other sources. We discussed both the equity share capital and preference share capital along with detailed explanation and examples. We had also covered their merits and limitations.
