Very useful session it was. One of the most important thing for an ideal job to take up in future is to do internships and gaining knowledge and developing skills from it. Today's session was very informative and i learnt alot of new things. It expanded my analytical skills. And i personally was looking forward to attend such a session which will help me for clearing out my doubts and confusion which in today's workshop I got my agenda done!!

Today's session dealt with what internship is, what to expect during internship from am organisation and what that organisation expects from their interns, how to chose right organisation and what to avoid. Internship is done in an organisation for a limited time to learn a skill and gain first-hand experience. It should not be misinterpreted as a hobby, timepass or source to make money. Paid internship make you work as an employee. An ideal organisation is which gives you chances and challenges to learn something worthwhile. An ideal intern is one who upskills, reforms, provide solutions, etc. Make sure to make your presence or at least your absence felt and put up your demand. Avoid multiple internships, short duration internships, lackadaisical attitude, unprofessional behaviour. At the end of the day you know yourself best and what is best for you. whether you want to work with a startup or big brand is your choice based on earlier providing more opportunities to grow and contribut
