Impact:
The impact created is that it gave the students a live experience of how their actual MBA interview will be like. These students have scored very high percentile in their entrance exams and hence are amongst the top students in this country. This session will help them get into some of the top MBA schools like IIMs.
Report:
This activity was conducted on 22nd Jan. A 30 to 45 minutes interview session was conducted. In this I asked them general HR questions, General Awareness questions, Academic questions and questions on their work experience. The last 20 mins of the session were utilized to give feedback to the students on how to prepare even more before their final interview.
