Impact:
I helped the candidates in their preparation. they understood in which direction they need to prepare and also gave them an idea of how their answers come across in the real interview situation.
Report:
this activity was conducted on 15th. I took one on one interview session with candidates preparing for their MBA entrance interviews. It was a 30 mins session each that included 20 mins interview and 10 mins feedback. I focused on their personality, communication skills, GK, Academics and Work Ex. Also some HR questions were asked.
