The impact is very nice because I tend to learn a lot and she also did and we did yoga so we got fresh of very much and it was very nice

The session was of yoga it was really nice session because we started the session by doing little warm up and that we did little yoga and then the cold down it was really fun talking to her she was a very nice girl and I really enjoyed taking the session overall the session was very effective and efficient it was very helpful
