Today i took science class for class 6 student nishika.The class started at 6pm.It was the fifth science class for her and the topic was living organisms. A basic reading was done by the student and the definitions of certain terms were explained in detail.The definitions were dictated and given as a part of homework for next class.Today the rest of the smaller topics was done and explained in detail.Whole session was very theoretical and dealt with the characteristics which made living organisms different from non living.Even in living organisms what were the characteristics with which one can confirm it is a living organism.The session invoked a lot curiosity and apart from this a differentiation table was drawn which compared the biotic and abiotic factors between all the regions like aquatic,mountaneous,greenland areas etc.The factors which made a plant like cactus survive in desert.The features which makes a mountain goat scale up a mountain etc.
