Impact:
Today I learnt how to communicate effectively with the students ,I asked them their age, things they know and things they don't ,it kind of helped me to make good interpersonal relationships with students. The students were interacting well too and telling me things very comfortably without feeling judged by the teacher.
Report:
Today at 4pm I conducted a session where we were supposed to complete the phonic songs but one student was absent so the children and I collectively decided to continue phonic sounds in the next class as it is an important topic , So we decided to conduct a speaking story session in which I showed the kids a video where the characters were speaking simple small English sentences so that they learn some new words and see how to use it in day to day life, I asked tem the meaning in between the video they were interactive and told me the answers ,they also asked the meaning where there was a problem in perceiving the meaning. After completing the speaking sentences session, at last we did a Maths worksheet of counting where I asked the students the questions and they told me the answers turn wise. It was an interactive session.
