Impact:
It was a great session. Human capital formation has been a leading factor of human growth but we don’t give it that much importance. It is the process of acquiring and increasing the number of skilled and experienced people. It is essential for the development of an economy.
It also helped me learn the role of education for development
Report:
Had a session at Daks classes for Economics class 11th. We discussed the test we did in last class and any doubts regarding that. After that we discussed the syllabus. We are done with the syllabus for their next sem. And we have started the next part and todag we started the chapter Human capital formation in India. First, we discussed what is human capital and what is human capital formation and how they are different and what skills lead to the increase in growth. Then we discussed the sources of human capital formation- for ex education has been a leading factor since years. And we cleared all the doubts and discussed it by making key points for better understanding. Then we did role of human capital formation or economic growth how some factors lead to it. And discussed all the doubts and topics we are going to discuss in next class.
