From both the side the impact is Vert good because they really enjoyed the session because I shared my screen and it was quite interesting and I also learned a lot from them.
Report:
I palanned the sesion very efficiently because my motive was to share the most.The session was of yoga and I started with warmup and did excercises and then cool down, and also I shared my screen and showed a viedo related to yoga and the viedo was made by me, they really enjoyed.
