Impact:
The students found the ballet videos very interesting and it helped them better understand the passage. I love when I can find audio-visual ways of explaining a comprehension because then the students remember it in a better way.
Report:
Today I decided to do a different kind of composition passage with the students, one which was a little longer than usual. The passage was called Ballet. First I showed them short videos of ballet dancers' beautiful performances and then I started with the passage. The students read it paragraph wise and I explained them about what is ballet, how do ballet dancers practice, how they have to train, etc.
