It was a fun craft for me and the participants also learned something new.
Report:
I planned to make a lantern with the participants. So we take a sheet, fold it horizontally. Make cuts throughout the sheet vertically leaving a gap of an inch on top. Then straighten the sheet back up and paint or draw or colour the sheet as you like. I made icecream and flowers and the other participant coloured it in vertical striped of different colours. it is easier to just colour the sheet before you fold and cut it. Then you take the cut sheet and glue the ends of the sheet together to make it round and fluff it up a bit and there's your lantern!
