They didn't know about bar graphs. But after doing questions related to it, they were able to interpret the data given in bar graphs.
Report:
Today I taught maths to 5th grade students. I planned to teach them tally marks. We did lots of activities related to tally marks. They had already done that before so, they were aware about it. First we did making tally marks. Then we did activity of reading bar graphs. They haven't done bar graphs before. So, I told them about bar graphs then how to read them. I asked them certain questions to find answers from the bar graphs.
