Impact:
It was a quick and fun class altogether. Student drew bird with me for the first time so they really seemed to enjoy it. Although there were many kids and some joined late we did the class quite effectively. students later sent me pictures of their complete art. Some even asked me if I could show them such tricks to drawing art in upcoming weeks. One child specifically requested me to teach him to draw a canary next time. I told him I would try.
Report:
Today we did sketching and colouring of bird. It was a cardinal. we started the class right at 5 pm. Some delay occured and I waited for the kids of join. we drew a box first and they made an circles and ovals to draw the shape of the body of the bird. On it we started to add the details step by step. That was the first part of the drawing. Then I showed them how to colour it. we only used normal pencils for it and crayons for colour. some children had colour pencils, water colours , I encouraged them to use them.
