Impact:
I can understand whether the students have paid attention to what is being taught when I ask them questions in between. When they are able to answer, I feel happy and pleased and hope their good work continues as we have formed a routine of sorts now.
Report:
Today I took a revision class of the students where I asked them questions of the previous short story and poem that we had completed. The students were able to answer most of the questions on their own indicating that they completely understood what was taught till now allowing me to proceed further. Then, I started a new story called 'The Tsunami'. I just gave an introduction to the story by explaining them the meaning of tsunami and showing them a representational video of a tsunami which had struck the Andaman and Nicobar Islands in 2004.
