Impact:
From this lesson, students learnt the important lesson that greed always leads to trouble and materialistic things are not as valuable as knowledge and wisdom. Students also learned many new words from this lesson and improved their reading skills. As a teacher, it was a fun session to get to interact with students, teach them important life lessons and pass on my knowledge to them.
Report:
In today's session, I was assigned to teach class 5 students. After a brief introduction, we started with the first chapter of their syllabus 'The Magic Teapot'. I gave a brief summary of the chapter and then we started reading the lesson turn wise. After finishing each paragraph, I would give meanings of difficult words and explain the paragraph.
