Doodling helps us to realign purpose if we’re feeling lost or aimless, thus reducing stress. Impact on me: 1. Doodling helped me return to my tasks with a fresh perspective. 2. Doodling kept me in the ‘present moment.
Report:
I was assigned to teach the basics of doodling. I browsed the internet to look for tutorial videos for beginners. After going through a few blogs and tutorials, I made the plan for today's session. I started the session by giving some basic information about what is doodling, its types and patterns. Later on, I taught them how we can transform basic shapes into different objects. The purpose of this exercise was to enable students to view complex objects into simple shapes which makes it easier to draw.
