Impact:
Kids are learning about 2G and 3G shapes and I'm also getting opportunity to brush the things which I have learnt when I was a kid.
Report:
The topic for today's session was " 2G and 3G shapes". I started the session with asking them what they did the whole day and what new things they learnt etc. I asked them if they have any confusions or they have any suggestions on the topics. As in today's session, there was two new kids so for them I have almost repeated the yesterday's session because if I continue from yesterday's session they will not be able to understand any thing. First I explained what are 2G shapes, why it is called 2G, other names of 2G shapes. Then I made ten diagrams of 2G shapes like square, rectangle, triangle, pentagon, hexagon, heptagon, octagon, nonagon, decagon with their number of sides and corners and also asked them to do so. Then I started with 3D shapes where I explained what are 3G shapes, why it is called 3G, other names of 3G shapes and given some examples of 3D shapes like cuboid, cube, cylinder etc. Overall the session was very interactive and engaging.
