Impact:
Students were very happy to learn translation. They were very interested because I taught what they expected. They had patience to listen to me and revised the previous lessons along with me. I was so happy that the manager who controls the home spoke to me during the class and thanked me on everyone's behalf for volunteering to teach them. He thanked the whole team of Adore. I felt so happy and thanked him for giving this opportunity to guide students. We had a fun talk towards the end of the class as it was my last class for them. Students asked me why was I discontinuing from taking class that showed how much they liked my classes. On the whole, it was a great experience working with Adore and my students.
Report:
As today was my last day in Adore India, I revised all the chapters that I took from beginning and asked them questions from what I had taught. They were able to answer few questions as they didn't revise any lessons. Then I requested and asked them revise the lessons frequently so that they won't forget the basics. Then I started the class by briefing about the tenses as it is very important for translating any paragraph. In the previous classes, boys asked me to teach how to translate a paragraph from Tamil to English. For that purpose, I revised that particular lesson again. Then, I had prepared a short story in Tamil and translated it in English. I shared it with them and explained how translation worked and what are the key points to be remembered while translating any sentence or paragraph into any language. Then, I taught them which tense had been used where and appropriate place for using such tenses.
