Impact:
Today I realized that you are never truly prepared to understand the grasping level of each student. You may either underestimate or overestimate how fast or how slow students can learn. And that is why a good teacher must be prepared to make even the slowest grasping student understand a particular topic so that no student is left clueless. This was my biggest lesson I learned today.
Report:
I planned to teach prepositions to girls of standard 6 to 8 and I prepared exercises for them to solve. I explained what are prepositions with the help of a Power Point Presentation and a video with relevant examples. But I realized at the end of the explanation that the exercise that I had prepared for them would be too difficult for them solve so I gave them a simpler exercise in which they had to identify the preposition in the sentence and they were able to solve it.
