Impact:
The participants learned new tricks of how to break the word and then spell it correctly. The participants were able to find the answers from the comprehension.
Report:
For the activity today, I searched for the comprehension passage and downloaded that picture, for the dictation I took a book and chose a paragraph from it. In the session, I shared my screen to show the paragraph to the students and read the text to them. I've also explained the meaning and then told them to read it to me. After that, they were given the chance to solve the questions. The kids were able to answer many questions. Then I proceeded with the dictation part. I dictated the lines and they were writing them down in their notebook. In the end, I corrected their spellings, showed them the page of the book and let them understand the mistakes themselves, and then take the screenshot. I've also told them how to break the long words into small pieces and then spell them easily.
