Impact:
Through this session, I'm sure all the listeners present there have learnt something new on which they can work on. Learnt about being positive and not worrying on petty things of life. As we have a short span of life, so we should work on our physical and emotional well-being to grow as individual. The biggest highlight was to stop worrying with others judgement against you and being confident in your own skin.
Report:
The topic of the session was " Anxiety and Stress management" that has been conducted by DT. Shiva ma'am. She is expert in this field and told about how to get relief from stressful life. It was a very fulfilling and insightful session which gave a sense of joy and calmness because the speaker was really motivating and optimistic and I personally could learn a lot from her.
