Impact:
It was a bit difficult for me trying to teach the students as they were struggling to grasp the exact meaning of the poem, but I know for a fact that both them and I tried our best and I am happy with that. I hope they grow to enjoy reading poetry (in English or any vernacular language).
Report:
I prepared to take an English class for a class 6 to 8 students. I decided to teach the poem 'Stopping by Woods on a Snowing Evening' by Robert Frost. I prepared a Power Point Presentation with vibrant pictures. There were 5 girls from Puducherry and they showed enthusiasm to learn and read the stanzas of the poem on their own which pleased me.
