Impact:
The kids drew the butterfly in different shapes according to their imagination and creativity. I was happy that they are involving themselves in this activity and putting in the effort. I wish that I could have completed the session before time so that I would be able to see the full drawing of the kids.
Report:
In today's session, I was a little late to start the session due to some issue, and then I joined the session within 4 minutes of its start. But I forgot to unmute my mike although my video was on. Then I was trying to interact with kids with the mike muted and I got no response from their side. After few minutes I noticed that my mike is muted, then I unmuted myself thus the kids were then able to hear me and respond. After all this chaos I decided to teach them how to draw and colour a butterfly. I took a blank paper, on this paper with the help of a black pen I explained to the kids step by step the process of drawing a butterfly. In the end, less time was left with me, so I just told them which colour needs to be done in the butterfly. I told them to colour the butterfly on their own and show me tomorrow.
