Impact:
The session was fun the participants were very interactive!!! I enjoyed guiding them.I learnt how to communicate with them in hindi .
Report:
Today’s session started at 7pm . There were 3 participants in the session . We started the class with some warm up then gradually built up the intensity of the workout. In total 5 songs were played during the session . All the participants were liking all the songs played . I played some of the songs suggested by the participants. At the end of the class I made them do a cool down. And ended the session. Overall the session was very interactive and fun.
