the session was amazing, he was so very clear with everything he talked about. participants asked him questions which were fairly answered by him. it was a fulfilling session.
Report:
today was our third session of the workshop, it was on the topic optimism. we had invited a guest speaker for this session, Dr. Sayandip Ghosh. he talked about how negative thoughts preoccupy our minds and techniques to get rid of it, how to stay positive in the toughest of situations and he also talked a little about overthinking.
