Impact on the students- It was a very informative session for them as they are graduate students. They were very keen to listen and learn from my sessions and want to implement them in their real life. They loved the session as per their feedbacks after the class.
Report:
Today's session was Personality development and the topic was Communication and its types. The session started with a recap of the previous session and I asked one of the students about what has happened and they finished explaining I started with the topic and went with the flow. The session was for straight 35 minutes and it was completely informative and important. Then after the session, as we were left with a bit of time so we discussed student's fear of public speaking as I asked them to tell me the one thing that is stopping them from talking in public and what can they do to overcome it. The students thanked me at the end then we winded up the session.
