Impact:
The kids were completely involved in the session and seemed to love the session. They had fun and I did inform positive responses after the session. I loved debating and questioning the kids as they tried to defend themselves.
Report:
Today I had planned a debate activity. I wasn't sure whether they knew what a debate was, so first I showed them an introductory video on what a debate and what motion in the debate is. They loved the session, and then we started discussing a wide range of topics. Our first topic was whether uniforms should be mandatory in schools? I divided them into two teams, with 2 of them supporting the motion and the other two against it. My next topic was Whether smartphones should be allowed to classrooms and the last topic of the day was are zoos necessary ??
