Impact:
The purpose of today's session was to build the students' confidence in their understanding of the concepts and to be able to apply them correctly. Giving them practice exercises to solve in class provided a change in the teaching pattern as well and they could engage better in class. Personally, today's session felt very rewarding when I could see my students answer correctly to all the questions asked and getting their doubts cleared.
Report:
In today's session, I gave a short recap of the present simple tense and the present continuous tense. After their doubts were cleared, I gave them practice exercises and we discussed their answers in class.
