Impact:
I had a very good experience and as both the girls and college students so the interaction is really good and I must say that both of them are really hard working and bright students.
Today they must have learned about homophones and also built confidence in the language and the areas they need to improve in.
Report:
Today I had to take an English communication class and so I had planned a few for today.
Firstly I started off with conducting a GROUP DISCUSSION which was actually pending for many days. And so we started with the G.D. and the topic was Affects of Pandemic and the students did really well and expressed their views.
After they were done I asked them a common question about how their lives were affected by the pandemic to which they replied quite well.
Theorize of the G.D. was to check their fluency, grammatical error, etc.
After the G.D. I gave them the feedback on their performance.
After this I showed them a few words with similar pronunciations which are known as homophones and the importance of having clarity when you speak to someone so that the meaning and context are clear.
