Impact:
This workshop helped me in understanding the mindset and the issues faced by today's generation. How they're lack support and are ata loss of information that who they should reach out Incase they feel depressed or anxious.
Report:
Today's Workshop was on depression, its severity and various therapies like Cognitive behavioral therapy, Behaviour therapy and Psychotherapy which are conducted for healing a depressed person. I planned this activity by reading out WHO's article on depression and what is the right way for treating it.
