It helped the students to perform some essentials of Karate as well as get some insights in it. They also, revised what was covered in the last sessions. So, that they don't forget the basics covered while moving ahead.
Report:
Today's session was on Kata Technique-2. It was planned in such a way so that students can learn maximum in a short span of time. She performed many techniques with her little sister so that every one could understand in a better way and also, visualize how to perform it.
