Impact:
After taking the class, I gained a lot of confidence and got a lot of happiness and everyone was happy with my work.
Report:
My first objective , Children should not find this class boring.We have to understand what they want from us .I did the same. I told them Asanas and Pranayama and he was having a lot of fun doing all this. By doing yoga and pranayama they will be physically strong rather , they will be very sharp mentally and spiritually as well. That was my aim and that is what I did.
