Impact:
It helped the students learned them in a effective manner by visualising it and get a better idea of the same. She also explained the importance of closing eyes before and after practicing the karate as it helps in better concentration.
Report:
Today's session was designed in a way so that the students learn about advanced kicks namely- Hookkick and tapping Mavashigiri. Also, she presented the activities in a simple manner along with live performing them with her little sister.
