Impact:
Today we had a pretty interactive session. I also show the students different bird paintings and ask them to identify them. After the name them I asked them to say a characteristic about them. They really enjoyed today story telling session.
Report:
This morning I had my first session with Sonali Home students. I had already prepared for the session from tomorrow. So at around 10:00am I joined in for the class. At first there where only 15 students in the class so they asked me to wait before I could start with today's session. In the meantime they told me how their day was going, what they had for breakfast this morning etc. As some students came to the class I started with today's session where I told them a story about different bird's. After sometime as I was just going to finish with the story some more students joined in so I started narrating it once again. After the story ended I explained them the moral of the story which is that "we should never compare ourselves with others and we should always be grateful for who we are". After today's story telling, session we had some time left so they share with me their daily activities and routines. We ended the class on the note that we will never compare ourselves with other.
