The audience, mainly less-educated adults, learned about the manners and social etiquette in various settings like home, school, in the public, elevator, and in general. Why they should have good manners and the importance of etiquette etc were also learned by them.
Report:
I made myself well versed with the ppt that was to be presented. Prepared examples for major points that would be discussed to make the presentation and session interesting and more relatable. Also, asked the participants in the end what major learnings they drew from the session.
