Report:
Today we had fourth day of our Well Being Workshop. Our Keynote Speaker was Sangeetha Param Ma'am. She conducted the session on the topic "Social Media Affecting Mindset". She explained how social media is affecting the mindset of the people. She told about elements of emotions, feelings and passions.She also explained how to handle the wave of sadness that comes from nowhere. She told the importance of living freely. She clearly expressed her experiences. Overall it was an amazing session.
