Today was second day of our Well Being Workshop. Our Key note Speaker was Mr. Suveen Kumar, He conducted the session on the topic "Self Care During Pandemic". The speaker discussed the self care during this pandemic like how to to keep physical & mental health welfare and importance of constant healthy diet and exercise which are very essential during this covid times. He also told the importance of activeness of brain and related things. Overall it was an amazing session.
