Impact:
The participants as well as the managers were in awe at several times during the session as the speaker pointed out so many stress provoking things they didn't pay attention to earlier. They absolutely enjoyed every bit of the session and look forward to the next one.
Report:
Today was DAY 2 of the ProGrace Workshop. The topic of the workshop was stress management and the speaker for the same was Dietician Shiva Kumar. She conducted her session in a way that made each and every participant eager to listen and engage. She walked everyone through issues like anxiety, panic attacks that stem from the most insignificant of thoughts.
