Impact:
It helped the children to know more about sustainable development and they took part in the discussion actively. It also helped me to know more about the initiatives we can take at personal level to preserve our natural environment.
Report:
I started the activity with an introductory session. I gave my introduction and asked the children to do the same. Then I asked them a few questions related to India (like the largest state in India , about seas and ocean). Then I asked them whether they enjoy the offline mode or online mode of teaching and during the discussion one of the student said that Corona is also a result of our actions , the harm we're causing to the nature. Then I told them about sustainable development and how we can reduce the wastage of resources. Introducing the concept of reuse , reduce and recycle. I asked them what initiative will they take to use all the resources in a sustainable way. I ended up the session by asking them about their ambitions and future goals.
