It is something new for me too as I am conducting sessions in such a way also it is something new and helpful for them too.

The session was conducted through whatsapp where I sent them audio notes and presentation on goal setting. Where the mam there shared the audio and presentation with them and discussed on goal setting and why it is important and all.
