Impact:
It's really motivating hearing them speak about their experience. It motivates all the interns and volunteers to work more diligently and put on more hardwork. Also the in charge gets a chance to speak and share, which make them feel heard and responsible.
Report:
Firstly I get connected to one of the team leader for giving me name of the centre and it's in-charge who is willing to come and share their journey. We give reminders to the volunteers and make posters and do promotions in groups. On the day we again give reminders and during the session the guest speaker is introduced and we talk to them about their experience and feedbacks if they have. Also any issues if they are facing and any improvements in the kids. We ask others to ask questions to our guest and have a talk to them.
