Ms. Sonia Dubey Diwan, spoke extensively about how one's image is important and the various aspects of it, categorized as the ABC of Image management, i.e. Appearance, Behavior and Communication. She explained how it's a continuous process to improve the impression we have on people and how 90% of our image is ours to create. She answered questions put up by participants in great detail.
