Impact:
The exercise was called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique),which is used to calm the body while under pressure.This 3-5 minute exercise was done by all the participants during the session.
Report:
13th June In the session Antonia was trying to explain what are some thoughts in our belief systems that causes/ makes us incapable of handling pressure. By providing real life examples, she told us ways to change those thoughts and have a new belief system which is much more positive and capable of handling pressure in the right way. Antonia, also engaged the participants with simple exercise which everyone can do while they are feeling pressured.
