The participants absorbed Tanusree's point with sincerity and some asked Tanusree questions with their own personal experiences with harsh criticism and constructive criticism in mind.
Report:
The second day of Evolve for Prograce was started by a session by Tanusree on Assertiveness and Constructive criticism. Tanusree emphasized on the need for criticism to grow as a person and in every role you may adopt but emphasized the need for empathy and effectiveness at communicating criticism to others. Tanusree's points will be helpful to avoid being judgmental and sounding needlessly critical of the people around us
