"i trained U-14,U-17,U-19 boys volleyball skills.
from last two weeks i am giving training to students regularly.
we all meet at 6:00 in the morning and begin our training with warm up exercise followed by running and other drills.
students daily do practise for about 2 hours.
on sunday we had special practise for near about 4 hours.
i hope that after this practise they would perform well in their tournaments.
moreover the coach of the team is very nice person . he help me a lot to train the students."
