Heath is wealth is a well know proverb but very little cared about. So i thought of conducting a session on this topic. Through slides and some videos i was able to make it more interesting for students and they enjoyed it. I also came to know that health has always been something which the students dont care about right now, But after the session they all promised to give attention to their health and follow some of the tips. Hence i am happy that i could teach them something.
