Impact:
Today's reflection has got a lot to do with Professor Sharma's session as he showed us all what matters in life and what doesn't, in very concrete terms, backed by the best quality research. We realised that we need to value certain people more and give time to nurture our relationship with them.
Report:
We learnt that, on the contrary to popular belief, success follows happiness and not the other way round and we also got to see why that is. Because in the happy state, the body releases chemicals that have a positive correlation with efficiency and productivity. We learnt about the secret to happiness- 'PERMA' - elements that contribute to our happiness but work only as a compound, not individually. We also learnt to keep an eye out for opportunities and capitalize on them.
