Impact:
Today, I had a talk with a stranger. Probably the one who understood me which people usually don't in the first meeting. Though it was not a meeting and we don't even know each other yet but there was a sense of comfort. The comfort,I long for. I learned one thing that there are some cases where a stranger understand you more than those whom you already know or hope that they will understand you,but eventually, they don't. Usually people think I've an attitude problem as I don't talk to them much.They don't realise the fact that I'm not comfortable expressing myself in front of them and hence, I don talk. It's the first time I've been open with my problems with someone this soon and I'm not regretting.

I started a personality development session with the participant and focussed on knowing about her personality traits and the areas she needs to be focussed on . She is an introvert I helped her to open up and we can start the sessions taking each step gradually towards a good personality.
