Impact:
The students were very creative while creating their cards and open about their fears. Their affirmations were positive and the session ended on a happy note.
Report:
Session on Self Confidence by Amisha Fogla with class 4. I conducted a workshop for the kids at Jyotirmai on building up self confidence and self love. Through fun games and activities, we learnt the power of affirmations, ways to deal with fears and overcome our negative thought patterns to positive power thoughts. Some of the activities involved making power thought cards, releasing fears and manifesting wishes for the future. I had a great great experience conducting my session with the kids. It was lovely teaching and learning from the kids as well.
